1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery.

To request a return, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damaged or broken product.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • The unboxing video must start before opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and the damaged product.

  • Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.

3. Return Request Time

Customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once the damage is verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement product, or

  • Process a refund to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • If the product is not damaged

  • If the unboxing video is not provided

  • If the request is made after 3 days of delivery
